These terms and conditions govern the use of airport assistance services provided by IFLYONLYVIP. When you book our services, you agree to the terms and conditions of our company.
IFLYONLYVIP is not intended to avoid essential measures during passenger handling, passenger screening, passport control, or customs clearance.

The customs and immigration departments are separate entities with their own set of rules that need to be adhered to. While in these zones, passengers are in charge of carrying and moving their luggage and documents.

It would help if you remember that immigration, airline, and Meet and Greet teams operate independently. During issues like flight cancellations, delays, or any changes in the border regulations, the stipulations outlined in the Terms and Conditions will be applied.

Suppose the passengers cannot avail themselves of the IFLYONLYVIP service. In that case, charges are non-refundable to fulfill the airport’s fee and the scheduled time of the greeters to the scheduled services. IFLYONLYVIP is not responsible for any changes in the airline’s rules and regulations or other decisions made by the airlines.

Passengers availing themselves of IFLYONLYVIP services are responsible for VAT taxes based on the service location. Only after receiving an official confirmation email from IFLYONLYVIP services are service requests considering legally binding orders.

Please remember that your booking is not automatically confirmed after making a payment. You will get an update from us via email to inform you about the status of your booking. In case of service unavailability or denial, you will get a full refund.

In case of unforeseen circumstances post-confirmation, IFLYONLYVIP has the right to cancel this contract up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. In this situation, there are chances of suspension of VIP services by airport authorities.

Our prices are revised every three months. If you are reviewing our prices more than 2 months in advance or making any booking for a service scheduled for more than 2 months, there is a chance that we may contact you near your dates to inform you about our price adjustments. If this happens, you can cancel the service, take a full refund, or pay the remaining amount to avail yourself of our services after price adjustments.

There will not be any changes in the service time. The maximum service time limit is hours, which will not be exceeded. If any service goes beyond 2 hours, there will be an additional fee of 100% of the total payment for every 2 hours.

In case of any volunteer changes, the must inform IFLYONYVIP.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. If the cancellations are done between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service, 50% fee will be refunded. There will not be a full-service fee charged for any shows.

Suppose passengers make any alterations to the existing bookings, including names, flight numbers, and dates, in less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to additional fees up to 100% of the booking value and availability. In this case, if there are any service fees already paid to IFLYONLYVIP are non-refundable.

There is a deduction of a 4% transaction fee from all refunds. IFLYONYVIP Services retains the right to charge the difference to the adjusted reservation for any changes made to an existing reservation if there is a pricing difference between the original reservation and the amended one due to rate adjustments. Any additional payments incurred will be processed at the time of booking modifications. IFLYONLYVIP operates independently and is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to airline amends.

Our greeting staff is deployed in advance for our passengers and must be compensated in full for their reserved time slot. We are not responsible for any additional costs arising from airline cancellations and delays. Passengers need to pay the same.

The agency is responsible for providing IFLYONLYVIP services. If the services are not fully met, they are not refundable.

A set party size is used to determine the service’s price, sale, and confirmation. IFLYONLYVIP Services will charge for any extra consumers over the pre-confirmed number and retains the right to charge the original payment method for any new customers.

Once confirmed, the greeter’s availability is subject to change until the client acknowledges receipt of money. After the client receives the payment link, reservations are retained for thirty minutes.

IFLYONLYVIP Services reserves the right to apply additional charges for the following,
  1. Advance bookings made in less than 72 hours
  2. Early mornings or late night services (22:00-8.00).
  3. Services scheduled during major events in the city, public holidays, or Olympics.
  4. If the passenger is traveling with more than 2 bags.

Additional charges may apply with excess change charges and baggage fee. IFLYONLYVIP is not liable for missing bags.

If a reimbursement is available, complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of the service being provided.

When customers purchase the service, they promise not to criticize or disparage IFLYONLYVIP Services verbally or in writing, and they won’t publish, post, or disclose any content that discusses the business, its operations, customers, staff, goods, or services without first obtaining written approval.
