Terms & Conditions – iFlyonlyVIP
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of airport assistance services booked via iFlyonlyVIP. By placing a booking on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. About iFlyonlyVIP
- iFlyonlyVIP operates as an independent third-party marketplace that allows customers to book VIP meet-and-greet, fast-track, and other airport assistance services worldwide.
- We do not own, operate, or control the services fulfilled at airports. All services are delivered by independent providers, airport staff, or authorized contractors at the relevant location.
- While we facilitate your booking, we are not responsible for:
- Airline policies, cancellations, or delays,
- Customs or immigration decisions,
- Security checks,
- Passenger documentation issues (e.g., missing visas, invalid passports),
- Lost or delayed luggage.
- All passengers must comply with airport, airline, customs, and immigration regulations.
2. Booking Process & Confirmation
- Bookings made through iFlyonlyVIP are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email from us.
- Payment alone does not constitute a confirmed booking.
- If the requested service is unavailable, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
- Bookings are held for 30 minutes after the payment link is issued; after this period, availability cannot be guaranteed.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in the relevant currency and may be subject to local taxes (including VAT) based on the service location.
- Our prices are reviewed every three months. For bookings made more than two months in advance, prices may change. In such cases, you may:
- Cancel and receive a full refund,
- Accept the updated price and pay any difference.
- The agreed service time will not be exceeded without additional charges. If the service extends beyond 2 hours, an extra fee equal to 100% of the booking price for every additional 2 hours will apply.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Bookings made less than 48 hours before departure,
- Services between 22:00 and 08:00,
- Services on public holidays, during major events, or the Olympics,
- Passengers traveling with more than two bags,
- Airline-imposed baggage or schedule change fees.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
- Cancellation by the Customer:
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Non-refundable.
- 24–48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund.
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund, minus a 4% transaction fee.
- No-shows are charged the full service fee.
- Changes to Bookings:
- Name, flight, or date changes requested less than 48 hours before the service may incur fees of up to 100% of the booking value and are subject to availability.
- Any difference in price between the original and updated booking must be paid at the time of modification.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus applicable transaction fees.
5. Service Limitations & Liabilities
- iFlyonlyVIP acts solely as a booking intermediary and is not liable for:
- Delays or denials caused by security screening, customs, immigration, or airline rules,
- Missed flights due to passenger delays at airport checkpoints,
- Refusal of service due to incomplete or invalid travel documents,
- Decisions made by airport authorities or service providers to limit or cancel services.
- Passengers are responsible for complying with all travel requirements and for any additional expenses caused by delays, missed connections, or extra baggage.
- The service price is based on the confirmed party size; additional passengers will be charged accordingly.
6. Complaints
- Any complaint or refund request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service delivery.
- If a service is not delivered in full, a refund will be considered only if the failure was due to the service provider and not due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., airport authority intervention, passenger delays).
7. Conduct & Public Statements
- By booking, you agree not to publish, post, or otherwise disclose negative or defamatory statements about iFlyonlyVIP, its staff, or its partners without prior written consent.
